Hi, I’m Cristina
My path hasn’t been linear. I know what it feels like to be unseen and unheard. Rebuilding from those experiences shaped how I understand resilience, safety, and self-trust.
I began working in corporate environments at 18, putting myself through college. I earned a legal support degree and completed my legal internship at the Isabella County Day Treatment Center. I worked alongside a general practice attorney and public defender. I saw people stripped of their voice through fear and complex systems. I also witnessed how transformative it is to help them reclaim it.
Over the past two decades, my career has spanned operations, talent acquisition, and human resources, supporting individuals and leaders through change across complex systems.
Today, I’m an integrative wellness coach and HR professional. I hold a bachelor’s degree in communications and social work from Eastern Michigan University, a PHR certification through HRCI, and post-graduate coach training through UC Davis. My approach is trauma-aware, evidence-informed, and deeply human.
Safe & Sound Coaching Co. exists to create safe spaces where people can finally come home to themselves and move forward with intention.
My mission is simple: to create safe, transformative spaces where people can finally come home to themselves
