What I Do as a Coach
I’m an integrative life & wellness coach who supports the whole you — mind, body, heart, nervous system, and work.
My role isn’t to fix you or tell you what to do. I’m here to offer a calm, grounded space where you can actually hear yourself think, feel what’s going on, and make choices that honor your values.
We slow down, notice what’s really going on, and turn that awareness into changes you can sustain day to day.
Many clients describe sessions as having ASMR-inspired vibes — soothing, tingly, and deeply calming — without any pressure to perform or “do it right.”

Coaching is about helping you hear your own voice and act from it. We work on boundaries, confidence, and decisions that feel aligned with who you are becoming.
No “grind harder” energy. We turn insight into small, doable steps that fit your actual life, energy, and responsibilities so change can stick.
Tools may include: mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, journaling, EFT/tapping, and practical planning. I will always tailor to each client

Coaching Is Not
Therapy: We won’t diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or process deep trauma the way a therapist does.
Mentoring: I’m not here as a “guru” with all the answers or a career path for you to copy.
Teaching: There’s no curriculum you have to learn or perform. We might use tools, but you are the subject, not a syllabus.
Advice-giving: I won’t tell you what to do with your life. I’ll help you get clear enough to choose your own next step..
If at any point it seems like therapy or another kind of support would serve you better, I’ll always be honest about that and, when possible, help you find the right resources.
